Shipping Information

Processing Time
Orders are carefully processed within 24 hours after purchase. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Address Changes
Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Order Tracking
Track your package any time via our Track Order page using your order number and email or tracking code.
Please note that it is normal to see “Info received” until the carrier scans your shipment.

Shipping Fees
We offer free premium shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.

Missed Delivery
If you are not home, your local carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, please contact us immediately at info@lenarosehampton.com.
We typically replace missing items at no cost, provided the shipping address entered at checkout was correct.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Start a Return
Email info@lenarosehampton.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Our support team will provide further instructions.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
Shipping and import-related costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

However, you can return the item once received.

After this period, fulfillment begins and changes may no longer be possible.

Invoices or prices are not included in packages — making all orders gift-friendly.
