At Lena & Rose Hampton, we want every customer to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Our Return & Refund Policy outlines clear guidelines to ensure fairness, transparency, and care in every situation.
1. Return Eligibility

Returns can be requested after you’ve physically received your order.

The return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, you’ll have an additional 15 days to ship the item back.

All returns must be sent to the original shipping location (our supplier facility in China).

Return shipping fees, including customs duties or international courier costs, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Trying on an item is allowed; wearing it beyond fitting purposes is not.

Placing multiple size orders with the intent to return a portion is not permitted.
2. Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Discounted are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
In rare cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
3. Restocking Fee
A $25 restocking fee per returned item applies.
This fee covers inspection, processing, and reintegration into our inventory system.
4. Full Refund on Eligible Returns
We provide a 100% refund for unused products that meet all return conditions.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs and restocking fees.
5. Return Shipping Costs
All return costs — including international shipping, customs duties, and courier fees — are fully borne by the customer.
Lena & Rose Hampton does not reimburse these costs under any circumstances.
6. Return Timeline

Returns declared or shipped after this period will not be accepted.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
We offer a full refund or replacement for products that arrive defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues.
To initiate a claim, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.
8. How to Start a Return

Send an email to info@lenarosehampton.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

You’ll receive the official return address of our supplier in China.

Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
(We are not responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery.)
9. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 15 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Applicable restocking or processing fees will be deducted.
10. Customer Responsibility & Liability

Lena & Rose Hampton is not liable for lost return packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
